Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Is a Online Gaming GM's Dream

After a brief run earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back with an encore that lasts through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. Additionally, there exist three different bundles offered in this deal.

Primary Feature

The big draw is certainly permanent access for Campaign Cartographer 3+, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Package Levels

Entry Level

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of additional tools and content that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, underground complexes, cities, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function with Windows systems.

Charitable Component

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. In this instance, the beneficiary is Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
